The space for Wroclaw
The Pracze campus is a new place on the map of Wrocław and the seat of Polish Center for Technology Development. It is a complex of buildings, together with the adjacent area, built in the years 1899 -1913 according to architectural designs, among others, of Karl Klimm, the master of neo-Gothic brickwork – Richard Plüddemann and Max Berg (learn about the Pracze Campus in Pracze Odrzańskie – Historical background, author: Alicja Kliber). The entire campus covers an area of 27 ha. Thanks to the infrastructure project titled: “Lower Silesian Center of Materials and Biomaterials Wrocław Research Centre EIT +” (DCMiB) it was possible, among others, to revitalize three buildings and build a new one, in which offices and specialized laboratories were created.
THE SPACE FOR INVESTORS
The Pracze campus is a base that can be used by industry and investors. The research and technical infrastructure prepared and commissioned, including the laboratories constituting a coherent network, enable the implementation of both application research projects as well as basic research. It is also worth noting that the City of Wrocław devoted some areas for new R&D investments around the campus
THE SPACE FOR ENTREPRENEURS
The Pracze campus has rental and “open space” type laboratories. These are high-class specialized laboratories that can be rented at competitive prices. A significant advantage for entrepreneurs, in addition to access to the most modern equipment located on the campus, is its location. The campus is located 13 km from the city centre, in close proximity to the Wrocław Beltway, airport, railway station and the stadium built for the UEFA European Football Championship EURO 2012.
THE SPACE FOR RESEARCHERS
The Pracze campus inspires creative work and offers optimal conditions for creative challenges. The area immersed in the greenery of the park has a unique atmosphere conducive to reflection. It allows you to gain the strength and energy necessary to create new solutions that are applicable in our lives. It is also a place for meetings and merging of new ideas, business concepts and socio-cultural initiatives. This is a unique place to work!
